The Quest for Great Voicemail
In our effort to improve the quality of our communication, we've upgraded our voicemail system from GotVMail to RingCentral. We are looking at our caller's experience, to make sure you can reach the person you need, as well as simplify the maintenance of our system.
RingCentral is a web-based voicemail system allowing our staff to receive your calls in multiple locations and formats - emailed as voice attachments, via a dial-in system, or on the web.

Daylight savings time change and your Macs
This was a broadcast
email we sent out to clients the week of March 5,
2007. If you are not on our mailing list,
let us
know...
----------------------------------------------------
Clients and friends,
As you may have heard, the US has moved the start of daylight savings time three weeks forward to this coming weekend, March 11. As such, your computers may need to be updated to recognize the time change.
If you are running the latest version of Mac OS X Tiger, the update has already been included and no action is necessary. Specifically, if you select About This Mac from the Apple menu in the upper left corner, and your version is at least 10.4.5, you are fine and your computer clock should update itself this Saturday night.
If your version is less than 10.4.5, you should run Software Update from the Apple menu. The program will check for available updates. Select any available Mac OS X updates and the Daylight Savings Time Update and choose the Install button at the bottom. If you are on version 10.2, the highest update available will be 10.2.8. If you are on version 10.3, the update will be 10.3.9. If on 10.4, the update will be 10.4.8. Don't be confused if you do have a version greater than 10.4.5 and you still see the Daylight Savings Time update as a choice. The US rules have been built in to 10.4.5 and above but there are some other countries that have changed their rules since 10.4.5 was released.
